PCH respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to process your entry, verify winners, and communicate about awards. We do not sell your personal information.

Public winner listings never display full addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details.

Security and access logging

For security, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation, our servers automatically record technical information about visits to this site. This includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or route visited, your browser and operating system as reported by your device, the referring page, and — if you are signed in — your account identifier. Sign-in attempts (successful and failed) are recorded as well.

These records are stored securely, are accessible only to authorized administrators, and are never sold or used for advertising. They are automatically deleted after the retention period configured by our administrators (90 days by default), unless a record must be kept longer for a legal or security investigation. We may share records with law enforcement where required by law.

You may contact us to ask questions about this logging. Because these records are kept for security and legal-compliance purposes, we may be unable to delete them on request.
